The officers from the Arizona Department of Public Safety, Prescott Criminal Investigations Unit and the PANT Drug Task Force arrested Ralph
Colagiamcomo 50, on charges of possession of marijuana for sale, possession of dangerous drugs, possession of narcotic drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of weapons in a drug offense; Richard Gendle, 70, on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a weapon in a drug offense; and Eric Robiar, 46, on charges of DUI and possession of prescription medication.
During a search, officers found approximately 9.5 ounces of marijuana, 1 ounce of psilocybin mushrooms, several prescription medications, two rifles and a handgun, and numerous items of drug paraphernalia.
Detectives booked Colagiamcomo into Yavapai County Jail. They did not book Gendle and Robiar because of medical issues, but their charges remain.
