Senior Menus for the week of Sept. 10 through 14
Prescott Meals-on-Wheels serves from 11:15 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at 1280 E. Rosser St., Prescott; 445-7630. Menus subject to change.
Monday: Spaghetti with meatballs, garlic bread, Italian vegetables, salad with tomatoes, pears.
Tuesday: Pork loin, mashed potatoes with gravy, wheat bread, green beans, carrot and raisin salad, oranges.
Wednesday: Sloppy Joes, bun, fries, corn, coleslaw, pudding.
Thursday: Oven fried fish, boiled potatoes, roll, carrots, salad with tomatoes, apples.
Friday: Barbecue chicken, scalloped potatoes, roll, mixed vegetables, macaroni salad, peaches.
Prescott Valley Senior Nutrition Program serves from 11:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Monday through Friday at 9360 E. Manzanita Circle, Prescott Valley; 772-8404. Menus subject to change.
Monday: Chicken fried chicken patty, mashed potatoes, whole baby beets, fresh spinach, salad, mixed fruit, whole wheat, bread.
Tuesday: Pepper steak, steamed rice, oriental vegetables, cucumber, tomato salad, mandarin oranges, whole wheat bread.
Wednesday: Swedish meatballs, noodles, vegetable blend, cottage cheese and chives, fruit pudding.
Thursday: Barbecue ribs, cheesy potatoes, peas and pearl onions, vinaigrette salad, chocolate cream pie, dinner roll.
Friday: Chicken a la king on biscuit, spinach, tossed salad, ice cream sundae.
