Senior Menus: October 9

Senior Menus for the week of Oct. 15 - Oct. 19

Prescott Meals-on-Wheels serves from 11:15 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at 1280 E. Rosser St., Prescott; 445-7630. Menus subject to change.

Monday: Pork chops, scalloped potatoes, whole grain bread, carrots, green salad, tropical fruit.

Tuesday: Sherry beef tip with mushrooms, buttered boodles, wheat bread, spinach, salad with tomato, apples.

Wednesday: Roast turkey, mashed potatoes with gravy, wheat roll, carrots, salad with tomatoes, pears.

Thursday: Baked ham, au gratin potatoes, macaroni salad, wheat roll, peas and carrots, pineapple.

Friday: Oven-fried chicken, mashed potatoes with gravy, wheat roll, corn, beets, oranges.

Prescott Valley Senior Nutrition Program serves from 11:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Monday through Friday at 9360 E. Manzanita Circle, Prescott Valley; 772-8404. Menus subject to change.

Monday: Chicken and bowtie pasta Alfredo, peas, tossed salad, strawberries, garlic bread.

Tuesday: Beef stew with potatoes, carrots, onions, celery, cottage cheese/sliced tomato, peach cobbler, biscuit.

Wednesday: Baked ham, au gratin potatoes, spinach, vinaigrette salad, corn bread.

Thursday: Roast pork, mashed potatoes, vegetable blend, tossed salad, cream pie, dinner roll.

Friday: French dip sandwich, rotini pasta salad, carrot and celery sticks, orange, hoagie bun.

Chino Valley Senior Center Nutrition Program, 1021 W. Butterfield 636-9114 serves from 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Menus subject to change.

Monday: Ham and pinto beans, oven-fried potatoes and onions, corn bread.

Tuesday: Chicken ala king over noodles, veggies, applesauce.

Wednesday: Baked pork chop, baked potato, green beans, fresh fruit.

Thursday: Beef lasagna, Italian veggie blend, fresh fruit, garlic bread.

Friday: Lemon pepper cod, brown rice, mixed veggies.
