Letter: People flipped for pancake breakfast

EDITOR:

The Tri-City Lions and Lioness Clubs want to thank all who made a success of our 27th Annual Pancake Breakfast that benefits the Campaign SightFirst 11, Lion's Vision For All Program.

We served more than 900 hungry supporters, used more than 200 pounds of pancake batter, more than 200 pounds of ham, 44 gallons of orange juice and lots of fresh coffee. This year's event raised in more than $3,000 for the Campaign SightFirst 11 Program, and it is all because of you.

A special thanks to the following for their extra effort during this event; A&B Sign Company, Wal-Mart Stores, Culligan of Northern Arizona, Costco Wholesale, The Daily Courier, Basha's Supermarkets, KAZ-TV, our local radio stations, Safeway Stores, Ready Ice Company, Fry's Food Stores, Flame Gas Company, JB's Restaurant, First Congregational Church, Waffles-N-More.
