Clarification: Duffy Kilrain case

A Yavapai County Superior Court jury found Duffy Kilrain guilty of stalking where a person could believe he or she would be the victim of domestic violence, which is a class 3 felony, and not guilty of assault by domestic violence, a class 5 felony.
