Lois Camit Grosscup
Lois Camit Grosscup was born November 26, 1918, in Chicago Ill., to John Wilsney and Florence Grant Camit.
The Graduated from Calumet High School with perfect grades and attended Cornell College, Mt, Vernon Iowa, for two years.
While working in the office of Wm Wrigley Jr., she met and later married Robert K. Grosscup on June 14, 1941, They have two children, Sandra Gail and Richard Knight. The young family moved to Villa Park, Ill., in 1954 and to Prescott in 1979.
She worked in the Villa Park Library and was a homemaker. She loved to read and travel and enjoyed her three grandchildren. Her pen was the glue that held our extended family together. She lived for her family, her pets, and her books. She treasured the American South West, things Native American, and the community of Prescott.
She was a member of the Church of Spiritual Living. She transitioned at home in her beloved husband's arms February 17, 2006.
At her request, her ashes will be scattered on Granite Mountain, who smiled down on her every day.
She is survived by her husband, children and grandchildren.
In lieu of donations the family asks that you read a book, preferably to a child, treasure your pets and love your family, each and every one, far and near.
A memorial celebration will be held 10 a.m., May 29, 2006 (Memorial Day), at the Church of Spiritual Living, 3755 Willow Creek Road, Prescott

Betty (Gardner) Heath
Betty (Gardner) Heath, 53, of Chino Valley, passed away February 18, 2006. Betty was born June 17, 1952 in Marion, Ind., to Clifford and Mary Gardner.
In Betty's spare time she enjoyed her crafts, buying and selling on E-Bay, and was the President of The Prescott Sun Control, but what she loved the most was spending time with her beloved animals and her family.
Betty is survived by her loving husband Philip Heath; daughters, Rebecca Ashba, Lora Acker; son, Bruce Ashba; nieces, Lisa Gunther and Teresa Thompson; grandchildren, Derek Hinrichsen, Brittany Kyleigh Hinrichsen, Damien Ashba, and Justin Acker.
Betty was preceded in death by her parents Mary Besser and Clifford Gardner, and sisters, Rebecca Bright and Sharon McMillan. In lieu of flowers please send donations to the Humane Society at 1605 Sundog Ranch Road, Prescott, AZ 86301.
Private memorial services are planned.

Margit Elizabeth Kjesbo
Margit Elizabeth Kjesbo, age 88, died Feb. 19, 2006, in Prescott. She was born November 6, 1917, in Shevlin, Minn., to Harold and Dagmar (Larsen) Sorensen.
Margit was a member of the American Lutheran Church. She lived her life dedicated to the Lord and her family and friends.
Margit is survived by her sons Grady Kjesbo (Susan) of Calif., Craig Kjesbo (Kary) of Idaho, Bruce Kjesbo (Tina) of Ore.; and her grandchildren Ethan, Lucy, Emily and Hannah.
She was preceded in death by her husband Chet.
Commemoration services in honor of Margit will be held on Feb. 24, 2006, at 2:00 p.m. at The American Lutheran Church with Pastor Daniel Storvick officiating.

Michael J. McTigue
Michael J. McTigue, age 56, born July 23, 1949, in Dayton, Ohio, died Feb. 19, 2006 at the Prescott VA Hospital.
Michael served in the U.S. Army from 1969 to 1972 and was a Vietnam Veteran. He worked at the Tracy, Calif., defense Depot and at the San Joaquin General Hospital in Stockton, Calif.
Michael is survived by his mother and stepfather, Mary and Walter Coleman and his brothers Patrick McTigue of Fla., and Matthew Coleman of Phoenix.

Earl W. Alderman, 82, of Wilhoit, born Oct. 28, 1923, in Warren, Pa., died Thursday, Feb. 16, 2006, in Prescott.
Final Commendations and Farewell will take place at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 22, at Mountain View Cemetery in Prescott. Private cremation will be at Bradshaw Crematory in Prescott Valley.

Harold J. Robinson, 75, of Chino Valley, born Dec. 20, 1930, in Camden Gulley, W.V., died Saturday, Feb. 18, 2006, in Prescott.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 24, at Bob Stump V.A. Chapel in Prescott.

Walter Kent, 91, of Prescott, born March 2, 1914, in Luna Valley, N.M., died Saturday, Feb. 18, 2006, in Prescott.
A Celebration of Walter's Life will take place at 1 p.m. Sunday, March 5, at the Camp Verde Pavilion on Main Street in Camp Verde. Private cremation took place at the Bradshaw Crematory in Prescott Valley.
