Mary L. Brackman

Mary L. Brackman, 91, of, Prescott, born April 27, 1914 in Chicago, Ill., passed away peacefully in Prescott, on February 14, 2006. She was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, John A. Brackman

She is survived by a son, John E. Brackman, of Prescott, Ariz., one brother, and sister-in-law Tom and Toni Collins, of Normal, Ill., and one sister Dana DeNoble of Madison, Wis.

Graveside services will be held on Thursday, February 23, 2006, at 1:00 p.m. at Heritage Memorial Park in Dewey.

Dennis Dwight Kelly

Dennis Dwight Kelly died Feb. 13, 2006, at his home in Cordes Junction. He was born May 23, 1945, in Kalamazoo, Mich.; the son of Henry D. and Beatrice A. (Laymon) Kelly. Dennis was 60 years old.

Dennis proudly served in the United States Navy from 1963 to 1969. He was a member of the American Legion and the New River Desert Softball League. He had lived in Arizona for 47 years and enjoyed being outdoors in the beautiful Arizona desert; especially fishing or sharing a good barbecue with his many friends and family. Dennis enjoyed landscaping and working in his yard, and in his quiet moments he could be found reading a good book.

Dennis is survived by his loving wife, Linda (Morris); they were married June 11, 1965; his son, Tim (Annette) of Chino Valley and daughter, Sharon Sue; brothers, George (Joyce), Howard (Pat) and Robert; and sister, Helen Low, all of Prescott Valley; and grandchildren, Nathen, Michael, Kyle, Amber, Chance and Chase.

A Celebration of Dennis' life will take place at 1 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 19, at High Desert Park, 19001 Jacie Lane in Black Canyon City. René Faires will be the MC.

Arizona Wakelin Bradshaw Chapel is meeting the needs of the family.

Donald Allan James, 64, of Prescott, born Oct. 2, 1941, in Casper, Wyo., died Friday, Feb. 3, 2006, in Prescott.
