Ann M. Marshall

Ann M. Marshall was born Jan. 15, 1927, and died June 16th, 2005.

She is predeceased by John Edward Marshall. They were married 50 years. She was also predeceased by her grandson, James Edward Marshall. She is survived by four children and three grandchildren, John Romero, Ralph Romero, Amy Marshall; and survived by five great-grandchildren.

She was a resident of Tucson for 27 years and Prescott Valley for 20 years. She passed on in Rocklin, Calif. She was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses since 1998. She loved to bowl and play cards with her friends.

A viewing will be at Sunrise Funeral Home from 5 to 7 p.m., today, Tuesday, June 21st, and a funeral will be Wednesday, at 10 a.m., at Heritage Memorial Park Cemetery, 12000 Redwood Lane.

Madeline R. Wykoff

Madeline R. Wykoff, age 85, died at Granite Gate Resort in Prescott on Friday, June 17, 2005. She was born in Douglas, Ariz., the daughter of Guy W. and Mattie Lee Fawcett Robinson.

Madeline grew up in Jerome. Her husband, Norman R. Wykoff, also grew up in Jerome and Prescott. They were married in the 1940s and he died in 1970.

Madeline was active in political circles and was secretary to Congressman Sam Steiger. She considered raising her family to be her ultimate achievement.

Madeline is survived by three sons and a daughter, with their spouses, Michael (Pat) Wykoff of San Antonio, Texas, Norman (Susan) Wykoff of Bakersfield, Calif., Chris (Carla) Wykoff of Rancho Bernardo, Calif., and Cathi Gessert of West Hills, Calif. Also surviving are a brother, Leonard (Colleen) Robinson of Safford; a sister, Jean (John) Housel of Prescott Valley; eight grandchildren, Michael, January, Kelly, Chrissy, Jonathan, Tony, Shawn and Hollie; and four great-grandchildren, Jordon, Peter, Jacob and Harrison.

A private cremation was held at Bradshaw Crematory in Prescott Valley. Family and friends will remember Madeline at a gathering on Tuesday, June 21, 2005, at 4 p.m., at the Hassayampa Inn located at 122 E. Gurley St., Prescott.

Arrangements were handled by Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home.

Manuel "Curly" Duran, Jr., 53, of Prescott, born April 5, 1952, in Prescott, died Saturday, June 18, 2005, in Prescott.

Rosary service will be at 7 p.m. Thursday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Prescott. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Burial will be in Mountain View Cemetery.
