Cave Creek Museum opens new season<BR>
The Cave Creek Museum welcomes a new season on Wednesday, October 1, 2003, at 1 p.m.
Launching the new season is the exhibit "Mapping the Future - Wrapping Up the Past," a futuristic look at bygone days. The yearlong exhibit celebrates the Museum's selection as a host site for the Smithsonian traveling exhibit, "Yesterday's Tomorrows," on view from January 24 to March 7, 2004, and the area's own visionaries who crafted the "present" Arizona enjoys today.
In addition to exhibits on the prehistory, mining and ranching history of the 144-square mile "Cave Creek Mining District," the Museum looks at the individuals who settled the area and helped it evolve into what it is today.
