A gingerbread fantasy...<BR>
Carolers, hot cider, cookies and decorating gingerbread men are all part of "The World's Largest Gingerbread Village," which opened with fanfare and twinkling lights at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Prescott Resort. The 10th annual Gingerbread Village is a-sparkle with the traditional LGB Train winding between a record 105 edible houses – "the largest village yet," said Mic Fenech, resort manager. The community jumps in wholeheartedly each year to create the village through individual, corporate and school entries in seven categories. The village is open and free to the public seven days a week through Dec. 28.
Santa will arrive at the village Nov. 30 and be available for pictures.
