Robert Lee Clark
Robert Lee Clark, 76, of Taylor, died Wednesday, April 18, 2001, at Navapache Regional Medical Center in Show Low.
He was born June 28, 1924, in Conneaut, Ohio, to James Henry and Gladys (Lockwood) Clark.
Mr. Clark lived in Prescott from 1972 to 1986. While in Prescott he served on the City Council and owned and operated Talk of the Town Restaurant on Whiskey Row.
Surviving are his daughter, Terry; sons, Robert and Ronald; stepson, Scott Lee; sister, Audrey; brothers, Wendel and Dale; and seven grandchildren.
Visitation will be at noon Tuesday at Green Acres Mortuary, 401 N. Hayden Road, Scotts-dale. Services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home's Chapel of Light.
Lucille Fransen, 84, of Phoenix, died Wednesday, April 18, 2001, in Phoenix.
She was born July 30, 1916, in Bowling Green, Ky., to John R. and Anna (Borden) Fergeson.
Mrs. Fransen graduated from Delefield High School in Kentucky. She married Frank W. Fransen in May 1960.
She moved to Phoenix from St. Petersburg, Fla., in 1953, and to Crown King in 1988. Since then, she had divided her time between Crown King and Phoenix.
She was a member of the American Legion in Phoenix. She was a voracious reader and enjoyed traveling, camping, fishing and cooking.
Survivors include her daughters, Linda Ohansen of Roundup, Mont., and Patricia Geiger of Mayer; sons, Tony White of Rainier, Wash., Jimmy White of St. Petersburg, Fla.; 19 grandchildren and 38 great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorial contributions to Hospice of the Valley, 1522 W. Myrtle, Phoenix, AZ 85021.
Private family services will be held at a later date.

Myrl Elaine Trovillion
Myrl Elaine Trovillion, 71, died Friday, April 20, 2001, at her home in Chino Valley.
She was born Jan. 30, 1930, in Trout Lake, Mich., to William and Ruby (Schultz) Beaudoin.
Mrs. Trovillion graduated from Rudyard High School in Rudyard, Mich., and from Azusa College in Azusa, Calif. She married John Trovillion Nov. 1, 1952, in Sault Ste. Marie, Mich.
She worked for National Can Co. in Pomona, Calif., for 13 years and moved to Chino Valley four years ago from Arkansas. She enjoyed crafts and traveling.
Survivors include her husband; daughters, Melissa Graffin of Phoenix and Melody Burdette of Payson; sons, Jon of Downey, Calif., and Jeffrey of Ash Fork; sisters, Mary of Illinois, Fay of Arizona and Marge, June, Ruby and Pat, all of Michigan; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m. Tuesday at Sunrise Funeral Home. Services will be at 2 p.m. at the funeral home, with Pastor Jim Cunningham officiating.
Interment will be Wednesday at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona in Phoenix.
Arthur Emil Nordbrock
Arthur Emil Nordbrock, 93, of Prescott, died Thursday, April 19, 2001, in Prescott.
He was born March 13, 1908, in Lombard, Ill., to Frederick and Emma (Golterman) Nordbrock.
Mr. Nordbrock married Elise Roehler on Nov. 30, 1937. He worked as a master carpenter and was a 50-year-plus member of Carpenters Local 558 in Glen Ellyn, Ill. He moved to Prescott from Lombard, Ill., in 1988.
He was a life member of the Lutheran Church, Missouri Synod. He enjoyed gardening, feeding and watching hummingbirds, woodworking and reading.
Mr. Nordbrock also enjoyed history and family genealogy. He transcribed his Illinois church congregation's history from German into English. He was patriotic and built a flagpole at every house in which he lived.
Surviving are his wife; daughters, Anita and Elise, both of Prescott; brother, Edgar of Hazelcrest, Ill.; one grandchild and two great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Sharlot Hall Museum's amphitheater. Cremation was at Bradshaw Crematory, Prescott Valley.

Waldamor W. "Wally" Jacobs
Waldamor W. "Wally" Jacobs, 83, died Tuesday, April 17, 2001, at his home in Chino Valley.
He was born Aug. 22, 1917, in Detroit, Mich., to Walter and Vera (Sieloff) Jacobs.
Mr. Jacobs worked for Ford Motor Company for 36 years, and worked his way up to line foreman by the time he retired in 1974.
He married Ellerine Warpula in 1975 in Shelter Bay, Mich. He moved to Arizona from Michigan 24 years ago. Mr. Jacobs enjoyed hunting, fishing, golfing, hiking with his dogs, feeding and watching wildlife from his home, and being outdoors in the woods.
Surviving are his wife; daughters, Lori Carrell of Chandler, Joanne Borczak of Westland, Mich.; Phyllis Highley of Roseburg, Ore.; Jennifer Vigil of Phoenix; Betsy Pulliam of Great Falls, Mont., and Marilyn Popham of Flagstaff; son, Mark of Detroit, Mich.; brother, Gordon of Lewiston, Mich.; 15 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
There were private family services.
