Clinton lied to us about guns, drugs

The Clinton Administration was the most dishonest in presidential history. Of all of its lies, distortions and propaganda, none was more obvious than the lies about the Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms and Clinton's claims of success in the so-called war on drugs.

Clinton lined up police chiefs and sheriffs at the White House in TV and photo "ops" to give the impression that they supported him on gun control laws. Most were from D.C. and liberal areas of anti-gun Maryland. Clinton says his gun laws prevented 600,000 people from buying guns.

Surveys of police departments indicate it's impossible to verify his assertions about reducing crime rates, because they rarely received any notifications to anyone for illegally trying to buy a gun.

The fact is, the Brady Handgun Violence Prevention Act was a total failure. The mainstream "mainline" media play along with the lies of the anti-gun lobby.

C-Span aired a press interview in Washington, D.C., with John Snyder, vice president of the National Association of Chiefs of Police and Sheriffs. He reported on their most recent confidential national survey on crime, terrorism and gun ownership. Its members indicated that 93 percent of police chiefs and sheriffs support the right of law-abiding citizens to own firearms and a growing 61 percent support a national right to carry permit for a concealed firearm.

Crime statistics prove that crime goes down when citizens have arms in their homes and on their persons. Currently 30 states have right to carry laws, and several states are considering enacting them.

The highest crime rates are in the communities with the strictest gun control laws, such as in our nation's capital, Washington, D.C., the murder capital of America. The mainstream media ignore this survey and FBI statistical truth as they spread the lies of the anti-Second Amendment, anti-gun lobby. In Great Britain and Australia, which have banned, confiscated and destroyed guns, crime is on the rise.

After the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks, gun sales have multiplied, and more police officers support the right to keep and bear arms to fight crime and terrorism.

The war on terrorism has proven that billions of dollars of drug money support terrorism. The FBI has reported for years that billions of dollars from the drug trade cause high crime. More than 50 percent of our prison population in thousands of prisons at an annual cost of billions of dollars are there because of the sale or use of illegal drugs. One of every 10 illegal immigrants entering the United States brings drugs into the country. When an illegal drug user buys drugs, he is supporting terrorism and crime.

Thousands are participating in the national Refuse To Be A Victim program of the NRA (

It is time for Americans to wake up, get informed as to the truth, and ignore the lies, propaganda and agenda of the liberal anti-gun gang.

God save our Republic!
