SEEKING NAVAJO RUGS FOR AUCTION: The Smoki Museum for its auction of 300 contemporary and historic rugs Saturday, Aug. 5, at the museum pueblo. Anyone wishing to have rugs auctioned may call Jeff Ogg at 443-9856.

MOUNTAIN ARTISTS GUILD features artist Bonnie Casey's work at its 221 W. Gurley St. gallery during July. A reception for Casey is 1 to 4 p.m. today at the gallery. Refreshments served. "Dream Sequence" is also on exhibit through Monday. Thursday, MAG's "Summer Show" opens. Regular gallery hours are 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday and Wednesday through Saturday; and 10 to 4 Sunday. 'CELEBRATING OUR LAND, OUR PEOPLE' – 75 exquisite photo enlargements of the majestic landscapes, ancient cultures and fascinating people that make Arizona unique in the world – is on display at the Phippen Museum, 4701 Highway 89 North, through next Sunday. Photographers include Bob and Suzanne Clemenz, Jerry Jacka, David Muench and Jack Dykinga.

'VISION: SOUTHWEST,' the exhibit at Prescott Fine Arts Gallery continues through July 30. The juried show features work of artists who live in the Southwest. Regular hours are noon to 4 p.m. Sunday, and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday. Information: 445-3286.
