Frank Fiske Martin

Frank Fiske Martin, 59, of Prescott, died Saturday, Sept. 30, 2000, at his home in Prescott.

Mr. Martin was the track announcer at Prescott Downs for 10 years.

Memorial services are pending.

Sunrise Funeral Home is helping the family with arrangements.


The obituary for Edithe Lee Moreland, 84, who died Wednesday, Sept. 27, 2000, at her home in Prescott, should have stated that she had lived in the Prescott area including Cherry, Humboldt and Huron all her life. She was born Jan. 27, 1916.

Robert "Bob"

W. Dodson

Robert "Bob" W. Dodson, 75, of Prescott, died Sunday, Oct. 1, 2000, at Yavapai Regional Medical Center, Prescott.

He was born Nov. 24, 1924, in Kansas City, Mo., to Leonard W. and Ellen M. (Davis) Dodson.

Mr. Dodson made his career in the United States Air Force, where he served for 25 years. After retiring as a lieutenant colonel, he worked as a banker for 16 years. He was a deacon in his church.

Surviving are his wife, Barbara; daughters, Joyce Drake of San Diego, Calif., Vicki Higgins of Santa Rosa, Calif., Joan King of Tempe and Judy Willis of Prescott; brothers, Sam of Prescott Valley and Leonard of San Diego, Calif.; sister, Helen Campbell of Ohio; nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Memorial services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Willow Hills Southern Baptist Church, 1071 Mogollon Road, Prescott.

Hampton Funeral Home helped the family with arrangements.
