Wild Sage Herbals aims to fill the natural health-care spectrum.
In addition to a dozen in-house practitioners of various alternative-healing arts, the business boasts roomfuls of herbs, vitamins and other healthful items.
For good measure, the store also sells a variety of gifts, such as books, cards, candles, soap and jewelry.
Owner Ami Heinrich, a certified master herbalist, said that her teachers suggested that she start her business in Prescott, which she did about five months ago.
The 25-year-old herbalist said that she built her business with one goal in mind: "to really help people."
She also built it inside one of Prescott's oldest - and most unusual - buildings.
