MILE HIGH BALLROOM DANCE CLUB is hosting an evening of ballroom dance from 8 to 10:30 p.m. Friday at the Adult Center, 335 E. Aubrey St. All adults 18 and older, single or couple, are invited to attend. For more information, call 775-0512.

RUFFLES 'N' RAWHIDE Dance Club will hold a country-western dance at 7:30 p.m. Saturday at the Old Armory, 824 E. Gurley St. Free line, couples or mixer dances taught at intermissions. Admission: $4. Smoke and alcohol-free. Information: 775-4798.

ROUND DANCE this summer with Dave and Bev Malmberg at 7 p.m. the first Thursday of each month June through September at the Adult Center, 335 E. Aubrey St. Intermediate level round dance, Phases 3, 4 and 5, and rounds classes for all round dance enthusiasts. Information: 717-2312.

DANCE TO THE OLDIES, rock and roll of the 1950s and '60s at 7 p.m. Wednesday evenings at the Adult Center, 335 E. Aubrey St. Dennis and Linda Popovich will spin your favorite CD requests. Admission $4. Information: 778-3000.

CONTRA DANCING, sponsored by Folk Happens! is the first Friday of every month at 7:30 p.m. for beginners and 8 p.m. for the experienced, at the old armory, 824 E.
