Customer Service will focus on how to exceed your target customers' expectations. The WHY and HOW of benchmark customer service will be developed around CAST: Consistency, Attitude, Service and Teamwork. Presented by Simon ""Skip"" Ulmer whose experience includes 26 years in a variety of business to business product management positions with the DuPont and Johns Manville Corporations. For the past 20 years his business consulting has focused on business planning, marketing and customer service. He has been a SCORE mentor since 2012.This workshop is hosted by SCORE, a nationwide network of expert business mentors dedicated to helping small businesses get off the ground, grow and achieve their goals.
