Prescott Audubon Society begins its 2019-20 Window on Nature program series with an update on a local issue of concern, "Save the Dells."
Our speaker will be Joe Trudeau, co-founder and conservation director for the Save the Dells organization. Joe will explain the current status of the fight to save the Granite Dells, including some history, negotiations with the City of Prescott and the developer, and the vision for the future of the Dells region. Free and open to the public. Join us at 6:30 for light refreshments; the talk begins at 7 p.m.
Our Window on Nature programs have been a Prescott staple for many years. Featuring a live speaker presentation each month from September through May, these programs cover many topics of interest to people interested in celebrating birds, wildlife, and the world we share.
