Prescott United Methodist Church will host a panel on immigration on Sept. 21 at 1 p.m. Church location is 505 W. Gurley St., Prescott. The presentation is open to the public. Sponsors are Prescott United Methodist Church, First Congregational Church, League of Women Voters, Emmanuel Lutheran Church, Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Granite Peak Unitarian Universalist Congregation, Baha’i Faith, Prescott Indivisible and Prescott Peacebuilders.
Panel members include:
Laura Rambikur, LMSW & M.Div.; Ella Rawls, Esq.; Saul Fein, a member of Temple B'rith Shalom; Dan Streeter, currently serving in his fifth year as the superintendent for the Humboldt Unified School District; Sue Lefebvre, representative of No More Deaths; Veronica, member of the local immigrant community; and Elea Ziegelbaum, a young community organizer and a graduate student at Prescott College.
There will be a Q & A time after the presenters have spoken. Refreshments will be provided.
