Volunteers unload boxes on Tuesday they say have petitions with more than 111,000 signatures to force a public vote on a decision by the Republican-controlled legislature to allow any student to get a voucher of public funds to attend private and parochial schools. If 75,321 are found to be valid the issue goes on the 2018 ballot.
