“His name is synonymous with culinary excellence and innovation,” said azfoodandwine.com. “His restaurants draw throngs of eager, hungry patrons seeking an upscale experience.”

Chef Kevin Binkley, of Binkley’s in Phoenix, is bringing his culinary mastery to Prescott on Sept. 11 to benefit the children of Yavapai Big Brothers Big Sisters, a Prescott nonprofit whose mission is to provide children facing adversity with strong and enduring one-to-one mentoring relationships to positively change their lives.

This first event in the YBBBS Chef Series: Big Bites For Our Littles will feature Binkley’s signature multiple-courses, crafted from locally-grown ingredients, in an intimate gathering at The Ranch House in Talking Rock.

A graduate of the Scottsdale Culinary Institute in 1994, Binkley had the opportunity to hone his craft and skills while working at two of the top 13 restaurants in the country. This afforded him the opportunity very few professional chefs have had to develop an in-depth understanding of fine dining.

Known for pushing the boundaries of gastronomic innovation and highlighting the bounty of local, artisanal and house-made ingredients, Binkley has created Binkley’s restaurant in Phoenix.

His restaurant is open four days a week, with limited seating times and only 24 available seats.

This exclusive evening at Talking Rock offers only 60 seats, and those are going quickly. To take part in this truly unique evening, while helping YBBBS defend the amazing potential in every child, visit azbigs.org or call 928-778-5135.
