Senior Menus for the week of Monday, Nov. 12 to Friday, Nov. 16

Prescott Meals-on-Wheels serves from 11:15 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. at 1280 E. Rosser St., Prescott; 445-7630. Menus subject to change.

Monday: Closed for Veterans’ Day.

Tuesday: Country herb chicken, zucchini, apple cranberry crisp, mixed green salad and whole wheat roll.

Wednesday: Carved prime rib, baked potatoes, broccoli and carrots, whole wheat bread and pears.

Thursday: Chicken Alfredo over pasta, squash medley, spinach, whole wheat bread and mandarin oranges.

Friday: Lemon pepper fish, orzo with basil and tomato, mixed vegetables, 3-bean salad, whole wheat roll and oranges.

Prescott Valley Senior Nutrition Program serves from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday through Friday at 9360 E. Manzanita Circle, Prescott Valley; 772-3337, casapv.net. Menus subject to change.

Tuesday: Chicken tenders with ranch dressing, macaroni and cheese, vegetable medley mixed fruit and cookie.

Wednesday: BBQ pulled pork on open face whole grain bun, cheesy potatoes, green beans, cottage cheese with pineapple and tidbits and craisins.

Thursday: Spaghetti and meat sauce, vegetable medley, garlic bread, fruit compote and sherbet.

Friday: Buffet Day.

Chino Valley Senior Center Nutrition Program, 1021 W. Butterfield 636-9114 serves from 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday. Menus subject to change.

Tuesday: Homemade meatloaf, mashed potatoes, beef gravy, broccoli and carrots and peaches.

Wednesday: Sour cream chicken enchiladas in a mild cream sauce, Spanish rice, buttered peas and chocolate muffins.

Thursday: Roast beef, roasted red potatoes, onions and carrots and cinnamon raisin rolls.

Friday: Buttery baked fish, herbed rice pilaf, broccoli au gratin, mixed vegetables and fresh oranges.
