Prescott Chamber orchestra begins season

The first concert of the Prescott chamber Orchestra’s 2018-2019 season is on Friday, Nov. 2 at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church, 2000 Shepherd’s Lane.

Beginning at 7 p.m., the concert includes Joseph Haydn’s “Overture in D Major, Hob.la:7,” Giachino Rossini’s “Sinfonia di Bologna,” Carl Maria von Weber’s “Peter Schmoll und seine Nachbarn” and Ludwig van Beethoven’s “Symphony No. 1 in C Major, Op. 21.”

Shane Denison on the violin is the young musician in the spotlight for the Friday concert.

Tickets are $18 for adults and $4 for youth 18 and under in advance and $20 for adults and $5 for youth 18 and under at the door.

Neon Circus tributes Brooks & Dunn
