John Kenebrew Browning Jr. passed away peacefully in the early morning hours of May 16, 2018.

Born Oct. 22, 1944, he loved a Willie tune, a Whataburger, and his home state of Texas. John grew up in Corpus Christi, Texas, and was a 1963 graduate of W.B. Retiring in 1995 he was a dedicated man about town, enjoying sports, sharing meals, and the company of a wide circle of friends.

John was predeceased by his parents John Kenebrew Sr. and Lois White Browning, and by his brother Boyd James Browning.

He is survived by his daughters Lauren (Greg) Miller and Heather (Brett) Arabie, both of whom live in the Austin area; and by his six grandchildren: Erin Miller, Brian Arabie, Jacob Miller, Benjamin Miller, Sarah Arabie, and Joshua Miller.
