Opened to foot traffic only Tuesday, Nov. 28, was the first Stroll through the Valley of Lights in Prescott Valley which attracted 2,553 participants, far more than expected. They came in droves — young lovers holding hands, wide-eyed kids in strollers, seniors supported on either side by a cane and an elbow, even someone on a Segway silently staying apace with friends.
