Audition for ‘Wish Man’ movie

Helen McCready Casting is holding auditions, seeking local Arizona talent for small roles in “Wish Man,” a film that will be shot locally in Prescott. All roles will receive $630 per day plus $30 per diem for $660 total. Auditions are from Friday, July 7, to Monday, July 10.

Needed are the following: four white or African American 10- or 11-year-old boys as named bullies, Jimmy, Chuck, Big Sam and Sid; one 45- to 55-year old white male as a police officer; one 58- to 59-year-old white male as Mr. Baxter; one 59- to 60-, 80- or 88-year-old white male as a cowboy; one 40-year-old Hispanic male as a fat cook; one 25- to 65-year-old Hispanic female as a server; one 25-year-old female as an American Sweetheart-type girl named Candice, one 25-year-old white or Hispanic female as a bikini-clad girl; one 25-year-old white male as a preppy guy; one 30-year-old white female as an insecure woman named Tammy; one 50-year-old white male business owner named Tony; two 45-year-old white males as Internal Affairs Officers; one 40-year-old white male or female as suited man or woman; a 24-year-old white male as a young lawyer named James Fisher and a 10-year-old little girl of any race.

All roles require one day of shooting except for the role of Fisher, which requires two.
