N2K: Dunkin Donuts coming to PV

Advance Auto Parts expected to reach PV as well; Dorn Homes awarded

Prescott Valley Dunkin Donuts, Advance Auto Parts

Fain Signature Group, a commercial and residential development company in Prescott Valley, is in the final stages of securing deals with Dunkin Donuts and Advance Auto Parts.

Brad Fain, CEO of Fain Signature Group, said the final signature drafts of the deal with Dunkin Donuts have just been processed, so he is confident that project will follow through.

The fastfood chain claimed an empty lot next to the Hampton Inn along Glassford Hill Road.

“I think their intention is to move quickly,” Fain said. “If I were speculating, I think you should see something coming out of the ground this year. I don’t know if they would be open this year or early next year.”

Dunkin Donuts was thought to be opening a location in Prescott at some point, but the deal fell through, the City of Prescott’s community outreach coordinator, John Heiney, said Friday.

Fain Signature Group has also been working on getting an Advance Auto Parts store in its territory. The retailer is expected to fill the empty lot in front of Wal-Mart right across the street from the Maverik gas station along Glassford Hill Road. “We’re awaiting to get a final closing date on that,” Fain siad. “We expect that to be soon.”
