Connie went to be with her Lord on Saturday, October 1, with her husband, family and friends by her side. Connie was born Connie Jean Johnson on July 9, 1947 in Green Bay, Wisconsin and lived her early years in Denmark, Wisconsin. She moved to Prescott, Arizona with her family in 1957 and enjoyed growing up and going through school in the (then) small community. Connie’s zest for life, fun and family made her a joy to be around and her famous Johnson family temperament kept things exciting. Connie enjoyed the well-attended gatherings with her large extended family and many friends.
She is survived by her husband, Patton “Bones” Moore, sons Ty and Tim, daughter Tamra Lynn, grandchildren Courtney, Jarrod, Emma and Shelby. Great grandchildren Cole and Kiley, many Aunts and Uncles, cousins. Nephews, Brian and Kristen Johnson & family and Bradly Johnson & family along with many dear friends.
She touched many hearts. She was preceded in passing by her brother Dale and parents Jean and Conrad Johnson. These three and many others are welcoming her home. Many thanks to Hospice Compassus and Mark, Fritz, Romney and Linda and others for helping her pass in peace. REST IN PEACE Connie.
