Chino Valley High School has announced its fifth annual “Choose Chino Night.”

Chino Valley High School is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year and the administration and staff would like to invite the communities of Chino Valley and Paulden to join the eighth-grade students and their parents at CVHS on Tuesday, Dec. 6, at 6 p.m. to experience the many opportunities the high school has to offer.

CVHS strives to be the best “College and Career Readiness” high school it can be. “We are uniquely qualified to offer a comprehensive high school experience and we see the evening of ‘Choose Chino’ as chance to demonstrate to our community and eighth-grade students and their parents the many opportunities students have at CVHS,” district officials said.

Information and presentations will be available covering academics, athletics, and other various programs that are offered at CVHS.

Some of these include: Honors Academy, Career Technical Education (CTE) programs, Dual Enrollment classes, Visual and Performing Art Programs, High School Band Performance, Choir Performance, clubs and athletic teams.

As part of the school’s 25th anniversary, the guest speaker this year will be Dr. Robert Bowen, a 1992 graduate of Chino Valley High School. Light refreshments will be served by the Culinary Arts Program.

All community members are invited to attend the “Choose Chino Night” on Dec. 6, from 6 to 8 p.m., at Chino Valley High School. The event will be held in the East Gym.
