Tyler D. Toth earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering, with minors in Mechanical Engineering and Personal Finance from the University of Arizona Honors College during their May 2016 Commencement exercises. Tyler graduated summa cum laude with a cumulative grade-point-average of 4.0.
Tyler was active in many clubs while attending the U of A. He served as president of the Biomedical Engineering Society and is a member of Tau Beta Pi Engineering Honor Society as well as participating in intramural sports. Tyler earned Dean’s List honors every semester of his undergraduate studies and was awarded the National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellowship. He also volunteered with several elementary school science programs.
A native of Prescott, Arizona and graduate of Prescott High School, Tyler is the son of Dan and Crista Toth. In the fall, Tyler will be moving to Cambridge, Massachusetts to attend Massachusetts Institute of Technology where he will be earning his PhD in Biological Engineering.
