The Yavapai Toy Makers donated toys to "Teen Outreach Pregnancy Services-TOPS" in Mesa, Arizona. Santa and his staff handed the toys out to over 150 families, at recent Christmas Parties. Kids of all ages enjoyed the wooden toys. Without "Toy Makers" support, many of the children of the teens served would not have been able to have a toy for Christmas. To see the expression on their faces when handed a toy from Santa, was priceless. During the party children were playing with the wooden toys on the floor or at the tables. Yavapai Toy Makers is made up of some 50 retirees in this area who make and donate some 600 toys per month in their home workshops. The toys are donated to hospitals, clinics and shelters for kids who are "ill through no fault of their own or in crisis.
