The Better Business Bureau Torch Award for Ethics recognizes companies that show a high level of ethics and integrity in everything they do. After an in depth and through judging process, winners are selected. Larry Thornton, and his team of plumbers, heating and air conditioning technicians, dispatchers, office staff and managers at Pitzer’s One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating® and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing® in Lake Havasu City recently won the 2016 Torch Award from the Better Business Bureau serving Central, Northern and Western Arizona.
“It is an honor to earn this. Our entire team is committed to doing what’s best for our customers each day. We adhere to high ethical standards in everything we do, and we are thrilled to earn this prestigious recognition,” said Larry Thornton who independently owns and operates the companies. “The other companies that won are based in Tempe, Chandler, Mesa and Scottsdale, so we are happy to represent Prescott Valley,” added Thornton.
Thornton’s team covers 44,000 square miles, in three different states and a wide range of climates from five different office locations. In addition to their many awards for customer service and community service, these franchises are consistently ranked as the top-performing companies across the country.
