Obituary: David Richard Stenmoe

David Richard Stenmoe, 63, passed away peacefully in his sleep on Aug. 9, 2015 after a valiant battle with ALS. Born Jan. 9, 1952 to Darrel and Lorraine (both deceased) in Minnesota, David relocated to Arizona in 1988 to continue his passion in the natural supplement industry. He was an entrepreneur at heart who committed his life to helping others.

David is survived by his wife Debbie; his former wife Judy Shogren; and their children, daughter Mikki (Mike) Detwiler; granddaughter Haley and grandson due Sept. 20, 2015; and son, Jon Stenmoe. Also survived by brother Greg (Louise) Stenmoe; their children Lauren and John Rob; brothers-in-law; sisters-in-law; and many cousins, nieces, and nephews. David will forever remain in our hearts as the gentle, witty, honest, patient, loving, and generous man that he was.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 22, 2015, at Desert Botanical Gardens, Dorrance Hall.
