Obituary: Harry Lee Hardin
Prescott Valley resident Harry Lee Hardin passed away March 6, 2013. He was born in Corpus Christi, Texas, on April 28, 1942, to Kurt Lee and Ernestine Hardin.
Mr. Hardin relocated to Prescott Valley, Ariz., from Ft. Worth, Texas, in 1985. He owned and operated the Double H Leather Works on Robert Road. Harry, also known as "J.W.," loved his adopted state of Arizona, spending time outdoors, country western dancing and his passion for gold prospecting.
A celebration of life will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, March 15, 2013, at 3912 N. Taylor Drive in Prescott Valley.
He is survived by three daughters, Cheryl Baker and husband Jim of Richardson, Texas, Connie Bennett and husband Craig of Eagle River, Alaska, Cindy Johnson and husband Scott of Burleson, Texas; five grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and his many extended family throughout the Prescott community.
