Geraldine Marie Elizabeth was born Feb. 8, 1915, in Grand Rapids, Minn., to Viola Mae and Melvin Wilbur Sides.
Among other states, she lived in New Mexico, Florida and in Arizona, where she spent the majority of her years. She graduated from her earthbound home on March 14, 2012, after a brief battle with cancer.
She is survived by her sister Vendla Walton of Tucson, Ariz., and four children, Walter E. Miller Jr. (Emma) of Grand Prairie, Texas, Lucy B. Tennyson (Gary) of Edmonton, Okla., Jay E. Miller of Dewey, Ariz., and Donel M. Miller (Delores) of Prescott Valley, Ariz. She also leaves 10 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren.
She loved the Lord and faithfully served Him throughout her lifetime, instilling Christian values in her children, all of whom are following in her faithful footsteps. She loved and was loved by her family and will be missed, even while we rejoice that she is now at peace with her heavenly Father.
