PV police arrest man accused of groping coworker

Prescott Valley police arrested a man on Monday after a female co-worker accused him of groping her in a local restaurant, PVPD Sgt. Brandon Bonney reported.

Luis Manuel Testa of Prescott Valley allegedly grabbed the breast and groin area of the 47-year-old woman over her clothing. Testa allegedly admitted to police that he had grabbed the woman's groin area and breast several times. He was booked into the Yavapai County Jail on five counts of sexual abuse.
