A Spring Valley man is in jail without bond charged with 41 counts of sex abuse involving three female victims, Yavapai County Sheriff's Office officials said in a press release.
Deputies arrested Jose Munoz-Posadas, 35, at his home on May 30 after working with Child Protective Services on the sex crime investigation, the press release said.
Munoz-Posadas knew the three victims but they were not related to him.
Two of the victims are now in their late teens, while the other victim is still a pre-teen. The abuse of the two older victims began about eight years ago, the release said. The abuse of the younger victim began six years ago.
The charges involve molestation of a child, sexual conduct with a minor, sexual abuse and continuous sexual abuse of a child, the release said.
Munoz-Posadas's next court date is on Thursday.
