Police Report: PV drug unit makes three arrests Dec. 5

Prescott Valley Police Department Narcotics Enforcement Team arrested a Prescott Valley man who admitted to possessing marijuana for sale, having psilocybin mushrooms, drug paraphernalia and a firearm Dec. 5.

NET arrested Jacob Pelletier, 18, on charges of possession of marijuana for sale, possession of dangerous drugs, possession of a firearm during a drug offense and possession of drug paraphernalia. NET officers seized 35.9 grams of marijuana with a street value of more than $100.

NET also arrested a Dewey man on charges of possession of marijuana for cultivation and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Aaron Furgeri, 19, had one marijuana plant growing in his backyard. Detectives found the plant, approximately a foot-and-a-half tall, which had the potential to harvest one pound of marijuana.

NET arrested Dustin Vaglio, 27, of Prescott Valley on charges of possession of dangerous drugs for sale, possession of dangerous drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, prohibited possession of a firearm and possession of a firearm during a drug offense Dec. 5. NET officers seized approximately 14 grams of meth with a street value of $1,400.
