HELIOGRAPH LECTURE AND DEMONSTRATION is at 10 a.m. Saturday in the council chambers of the Prescott Valley Civic Center. Heliographs, a mirrored communications device that harnesses the sun's rays to flash coded messages, was used by the U.S. Army in the Southwest to help round up Geronimo.
