Skylar Deleon, a former bit-part child actor, sat silently in an Orange County (Calif.) Superior Court when a jury convicted him of murder. The jury found Deleon guilty in the November 2004 murders-at-sea of Thomas and Jackie Hawkins of Prescott and Newport Beach, Calif.

Local leaders, business owners and city employees braved an icy downpour during the groundbreaking ceremony for the Granite Street parking garage in downtown Prescott.
