"I'm about levels of flavor," says Chris Martin, who recently took over as chef/owner of Rustica Bistro & Wine Bar at 6546 E. 2nd St., Suite B, Prescott Valley, where he is putting his stamp on traditional Italian dishes with a southwest influence and some southern flair.
