The Div. 2 No. 12-ranked Badgers concluded the 2012-13 regular season in fine form with this 20-point win over Kingman at the PHS Dome.
Prescott, winners of four in a row, now own a 13-5 record in power point games and should head to the D-2, Section 2 Tournament next week in Phoenix.
On Friday, Autumn Childers, who scored a team-high 20 points and hauled in eight rebounds, paced the Badgers. Aiding in the effort were Brette Anderson, who tallied a double-double with 16 points and 14 boards, and guard Kendall Peterson, who had eight points, seven assists and five steals.
Although the final sectional power point rankings will not be released until Saturday, PHS was rated sixth in D-2, Section 2 as of late Friday night. The top eight-ranked teams in Section 2 qualify for sectionals.

Seriously? Courier should be Ashamed.
How is this story still in the top 6 or so stories on the home page but the Bradshaw girls story is not. Can the whole community not be PROUD of a team that is 25-1 with a 25 game win streak. AND ranked #1 in Division 2!
That should be the top sports story for the whole quad cities.
Shame on the courier for once again showing their blatant bias.
