Central Yavapai responds to two accidents on Sunday

Central Yavapai Fire District crews responded to two accidents Aug. 2.

CYFD Battalion Chief Eric McKinnon said crews responded to a three-vehicle accident at Glassford Hill Road and Highway 69 at about 10:30 a.m. Sunday. The accident happened east of the intersection on Highway 69.

Native Air flew one patient to John C. Lincoln-North with head or systemic injuries. LifeLine Ambulance took three other patients to Yavapai Regional Medical Center-East as precautionary measure.

Prescott Valley Police Department also responded and provided traffic control.

At about 4:30 p.m., CYFD crews responded to an ATV rollover accident between the Viewpoint and Pronghorn subdivisions.

Native Air flew one patient to Flagstaff Medical Center with head and other possible injuries.

LifeLine Ambulance, PVPD and Yavapai County Sheriff's deputies also responded to the scene of the accident.

Further information was unavailable at press time.
