Prescott Valley Police arrested one man and two teens on Thursday for their involvement in commercial and residential burglaries in Yavapai County.

Police said Earl Osborn, 26, of Prescott Valley and Clinton Vaughn, 18, of Prescott Valley and a 16-year-old male suspect also of Prescott Valley were involved in several burglaries in Yavapai County.

Investigators say Osborn and Vaughn committed a residential burglary in Prescott Valley as well as a commercial burglary in Prescott. Prescott Police followed up on the crimes committed in their jurisdiction.

Prescott Valley detectives' interviews with the suspects allegedly verified their involvement. Detectives executed a search warrant on a home in the 4800 block of Noel Drive in Prescott Valley and recovered stolen items worth about $10,000 from a commercial burglary in Prescott.

Police booked Osborn and Vaughn into the Yavapai County Jail on one count of burglary and one count of theft in Prescott Valley, as well as one count of burglary and one count of criminal damage in Prescott.

Osborn was also charged with one count of possession of drug paraphernalia as a result of the search warrant.

The 16-year-old male was referred to juvenile detention for the theft and burglary charges stemming from the Prescott burglary.

Prescott Valley Police ask for the public's help in locating additional victims to crimes reported by the suspects.

Detectives located a black-colored sand rail frame during the search warrant. The sand rail is believed to be stolen from somewhere in Yavapai County.

Interviews with the suspects also revealed that they were allegedly involved in killing a large bull somewhere in Yavapai County. This may have occurred somewhere possibly near Mayer or in the Cordes Junction area.

Anyone with information on these crimes is urged to contact Prescott Valley Police Sgt. Art Askew at 772- 5114 or aaskew@pvaz.net, or Yavapai County Silent Witness at 1-800-932-3232.
