PRESCOTT VALLEY -Prescott Valley Police arrested a Humboldt Unified School District bus driver Thursday on charges of taking illegal pictures of a teenage girl.

Police arrested William H. Hall, 45, of Prescott Valley, after a family member saw pictures on a computer CD Hall had of a 15-year-old girl in various states of undress and partial nudity that appeared to have been taken without the teen's knowledge.

Police booked Hall into the Yavapai County jail and charged him with 46 counts of surreptitious photographing and one count of voyeurism.

Detectives learned Hall had been photographing the girl through her bedroom window without her knowledge. After interviews, detectives said the victim was 15 years old, that Hall knew her, and Hall made incriminating statements about his involvement.

The victim is not someone Hall met on campus or through his work driving the bus, said Sgt. Brandon Bonney, public information officer with the Prescott Valley Police Department.

"This was not related in any way to his driving the bus," Bonney said.

The school district immediately suspended Hall from employment, pending the police department's full investigation, said Mariela Bean, director of public relations for Humboldt Unified School District.

"The safety and protection of our students and staff remain our highest priority," Bean said.

Bean said the district has had no trouble with Hall in the past.

Police said they have no information at this time about any other victims.

Detectives are executing search warrants on Hall's home to collect evidence.

First off if the school knew about him looking down the girls shirts then they should have never moved him they should have fired him, so as far as the school I think they are partially responsible, they could have done something about about it, as for him he is sick in the head and needs to pay for the sick things he has done for a long time. When I was little some horriable things happened to me and til this day I remember, so put him away so he can remember how sick he is for the rest of his life.

I really hope that this man goes to prison and doesn't get probation like every other pedifile. It is sick how these (people) do things like this and get released back into society. Send them all to prison.

I don't see how anyone could blame the school district for this. If he did these things then he is a sick man and he is responsible not the school district.

This is interesting, because last school year I reported him to the bus barn for looking down my daughters shirt as well as other girls shirts on the bus he was driving. They removed him from that bus and put in on another bus. Something should have been done last year when I call them. I guess the school district didn't think it was so bad for him to be looking....

If he was looking at my child i would make sure he never looked at another one again. I think he should be listed as a sex offender. And not let back to work around these kids.. how creepy is this.
