Senior Menus


Senior Menus for the week of Monday, Sept. 2 through Friday, Sept. 6:



Prescott Meals-on-Wheels serves from 11:15 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. at 1280 E. Rosser Street, Prescott; 445-7630. Menus subject to change.

Monday: Closed for Labor Day

Tuesday: Barbecue ribs, baked beans, spinach salad, cornbread, banana pudding.

Wednesday: Fried chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, carrots, beets, oranges.

Thursday: Swiss steak, parsley potatoes, broccoli au gratin, roll, melon medley.

Friday: Oven baked fish, rice pilaf, southwest veggies, corn, black beans, onions, coleslaw, roll, fruit salad.



Prescott Valley Senior Nutrition Program serves from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday through Friday at 9360 E. Manzanita Circle, Prescott Valley; 772-3337, casapv.net. Menus subject to change.

Monday: Closed for Labor Day

Tuesday: Sloppy Joes on wheat bun, salad bar, garden salad, baked beans, fiesta corn, ice cream, fruit.

Wednesday: Sweet and sour chicken breast over rice, salad bar, steamed vegetables, citrus glazed beets, fruit Jell-O with whipped topping.

Thursday: Cranberry glazed pork roast over mashed potatoes and gravy, salad bar, garden salad, vegetable medley, fruit cobbler, ice cream.

Friday: Smorgasbord, salad bar, garden salad; home deliver is tuna salad sandwich, vegetable soup, fruit.



Chino Valley Senior Center Nutrition Program, 1021 W. Butterfield 636-9114 serves from 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday. Menus subject to change.

Friday: Dill tilapia, rice pilaf, southwest veggies, corn, black beans, onions, coleslaw, whole grain roll, fruit salad.
