The Chino Valley Area Chamber of Commerce will present its 3rd Annual Health, Home & Business Expo Saturday.

Ab Jackson, chamber CEO, said the chamber moved the expo to March to spread its events out and to provide it with a first-quarter event.

The Health, Home & Business Expo will run from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday in the Chino Valley High School East Gym and its parking lot at Highway 89 and Center Street.

This year the chamber has 65 entries, which is about 10 more than last year. Jackson said 20 are health firms, while another 20 are businesses dealing with the home. The rest of the entries are local businesses and nonprofit organizations.

He urges people to attend the Health, Home & Business Expo to take advantage of the free health screenings and to see what the local businesses and nonprofits have to offer.

This year, he said, three area automobile dealers will have new cars on display in the parking lot. Also, Indian Air will be doing landings and takeoffs in the parking lot with its helicopters.

Jackson said members of the Boots & Bustles Western heritage group will perform in costume during the event.

The Chino Valley Fire Department and Chino Valley Police Department will have equipment present at the event. The Health Safari motor home will be back for the youngsters.

Attendees of the Health, Home & Business Expo can sign up for the grand prize of two round-trip tickets from Horizon Airlines and the chamber's hockey package, which includes Phoenix Coyotes T-shirts, a wall plaque, a hockey pants-shaped bag, a baseball cap and a hockey puck.
