ADOT District Office moves to four-day week

PRESCOTT - The Prescott District Office of the Arizona Department of Transportation will change to a four-day workweek with extended hours beginning this week.

The office will close on Fridays, beginning March 12. New office hours will be 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday.

The new schedule will allow office workers to match the schedule of many of the maintenance teams, according to a press release from ADOT. The department will evaluate the new schedule for efficiency after several months.

The district staff will continue to be available to respond to emergencies. The Prescott District office is located at 1109 Commerce Drive in Prescott.
