The commission will consider three use permits:
Victor Phelps requests a permit to allow an 8-by-40-foot cargo container for a solar installation and storage on 160 acres five miles northwest of the I-40 Jolly Road exit, about four miles east of the Mohave County line and 22 miles west of Seligman.
A use permit and minor plan amendment to allow storage of heavy equipment and a waiver of the setback requirements on a 2.4-acre parcel on the south side of Old Cherry Road, 2,000 feet north of state road 169 in Dewey-Humbolt.
Adventure Trailers Inc. requests a use permit and minor plan amendment to allow for assembly, rental and sales in a 3,000-square-foot building on just under an acre of land owned by Tim Will at the intersection of Liberty Lane and Tarra Avenue in Prescott. The company plans to move to Prescott from Montclair, Calif., and will employ four people.

Can't we all just get along?
If everyone would just get along and stop complaining about their neighbors, there would be no need for county gov't to get involved.
