New Horizons, Independent Living Center celebrated the 18th anniversary of the signing of the Americans with Disabilities Act. President George H.W. Bush signed the ADA into law, which grants civil rights protection to people with disabilities.

July 28, 2004

The Prescott City Council approved financial help for local arts groups when it allocated about $27,000 of city bed tax money to 10 different arts projects in the community.
